Tamworth Buslines will again run the Tamworth Country Music Festival Express.
The Festival Express will operate from Friday 17th January to Sunday 26th January 2025, the regular timetables will NOT operate and will resume Monday 27th January.
If you want to have the full festival experience then travelling on the Festival Express is the best way for you to see not just the festival activities but also Tamworth itself.
Tamworth Country Music Festival is like no other with 10 full days of music and events featuring ticketed and free shows across the entire city from pub to park and club to entertainment centre.
Staying outside the CBD and want to easily get into the free park events and other activities? Or, staying in the CBD and want to see the other amazing attractions and venues that Tamworth and surrounds have to offer? Then this is the travel pass for you.

For Pre-sale tickets (Wristbands) – please contact our office on 02 6762 3999, Tickets / Wristbands will be dropped off to accommodation within Tamworth, picked up from our main office 21 Hume street Or ticket booth in Peel Street.
Bus tickets are available from the bus ticket office on the corner of Peel & Brisbane Streets or from the driver when you board the bus.
- Daily Fare bus tickets – $5.00
- Festival Wristbands $40.00 for unlimited travel during the festival
- Pensioners or Seniors card holders $2.50 per day, or RED Wristband $25.00 for unlimited travel during the festival.
